Nazlı Hilal KAYA

Hello, I am Av. Nazlı Hilal Kaya. I graduated with a full scholarship from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2016, and in 2017, I embarked on my legal career by registering with the Istanbul Bar Association. I successfully completed the IGCSE (Cambridge International Examinations) program from 2008 to 2010 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, I graduated from the Sports Law and Management Certificate Program at Kadir Has University in 2014-2015 and the Applied Competition Law Certificate Program at Bilgi University in 2016-2017. In September 2022, I began my Master's degree in Sports Sciences at Fenerbahçe University, where I continue to pursue my studies.

During my legal internship, I worked at Güzeldere & Balkan Law Firm, followed by SRP-Legal Law Firm, where I specialized in Corporate Law, Commercial and E-Commerce Law, Contract Law, Data Protection Law, Competition Law, Financial Technologies Law, Technology Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. From 2018 to 2020, I served as Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş., focusing on Compliance and Corporate Governance.

My educational background and professional experiences have provided me with expertise in various legal fields and a broad skill set. I am particularly committed to enhancing my knowledge and expertise in the field of Sports Sciences, continuously striving for professional growth and excellence.
